However, if you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased or if for any reason you change your purchasing decision, we will do our best to remedy the situation. Because we care that every shopping you make from us is a positive and happy experience for you. However, if you decide to return or cancel your products, please consider the following steps and conditions.

Questions About Returns and Exchanges

You can return the products you want to return for any reason within 14 working days if they comply with the return conditions.
If you wish, you can send an e-mail to support@oggishoes.com stating your order number, relevant product code and reason for return.
We kindly ask you to pack the product you want to return in its original box or packaging, together with the accompanying documents and all accessories, as intact and undamaged as possible. Returning the box with the protective materials inside will ensure that the products reach us safely.
In order to return the products, you can deliver the package to the Yurtiçi Cargo officer with the company name "Polat Ayakkabı" and send it to us with a counter payment. The shipping fee for the product you want to return is covered by Oggi. However, in order to benefit from this service, you must comply with the conditions described above.* You must forward your return request to us. You must send an e-mail to support@oggishoes.com stating your order number, relevant product code and reason for return.


You can deliver the product you want to return to the Yurtiçi Kargo branch.
* Counter-paid shipments made with other cargo companies are not accepted.
* Please send the products to be returned to the address "Polat Shoe Saddlery Product. Industry and Trade. Ltd. Sti. Bedrettin Dalan Cad. Aykosan Sanayi Sitesi 2. Section 7. Ada No: 1 34306 İkitelli / Istanbul".
**If the product you want to return is defective, do not forget to send an information note about the malfunction. The product is reviewed by experts based on the grade you specify. If the product that is approved for change is available in stock, a one-to-one change is made. Products that are out of stock will be returned and refunded.


*What should I do if the product I purchased is defective or damaged?
You can return defective or damaged products within 14 working days. To submit your return request, you can send an e-mail to support@oggishoes.com stating your order number, the relevant product code and the reason for the return.
You must send the product with its original box, original packaging, accompanying documents and all accessories.

If there is a missing or different product in your order, you can send an e-mail to support@oggishoes.com with your order number and the missing or different product codes.
If the undelivered product is in stock, it will be sent to you, otherwise the fee will be refunded.
Returns will be accepted for products that are sent differently. If the product is available in stock, it will be sent to you, otherwise the relevant product will be refunded.

The returned product is inspected by us within 10 working days at the latest after we receive it. When it is found to be in compliance with all conditions, the return processing time is started within 1 business day.

If you want to return only one product from your order, "How do I return my order?" You can do it as described in the section.

For payments made by credit card, the product amount* will be refunded to your credit card within 10 working days at the latest (excluding campaign periods) after your return request is approved**. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund amount to reflect on your credit card.
* The shipping cost of the product you want to return for any reason is covered by us.
**The process of approval of the return transactions is completed within 10 working days at the latest from the receipt of the products to us. (Except campaign periods)

We would like to state that the refund of purchases made with credit card in installments will be made by your bank in installments, and Oggi has not intervened in this situation. Due to the return, the blockage in your limit due to your order will be removed and it will return to its original state. Your installment payments will continue to be reflected as “-”, but you will not have paid in installments since the relevant installment amount is also reflected on your statement as “+” by the bank every month.
